Ingredients of Vegetarian Momos

  1. It's 1 of big cut of plain flour.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of water.
  3. Prepare of Cooked vegetables for stuffing.
  4. You need 1 of Small Cabbage grated.
  5. It's 2 of carrots finely chopped.
  6. Prepare 2 of capsicums finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 2 of green chillies finely chopped.
  8. It's of Salt to taste, one tablespoon vinegar, one table spoon dark soya.
  9. It's of Tomato sauce.
  10. It's 4 of Tomatoes.
  11. It's 10-12 of red chillies.
  12. Prepare 1 tea spoon of vinegar.
  13. It's 1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce.
  14. You need 1 teaspoon of Oil for frying vegetables.

Vegetarian Momos instructions

  1. Mix flour and pinch of salt in a bowl and make a soft dough snd let it sit for 1 hour..
  2. For stuffing take oil and add all the vegetables in the pan.
  3. Add salt vinegar and soya sauce to them and fry until all the vegetables become soft then switch off the flame.
  4. Let the vegetables cool down completely.
  5. Now take dough and Knead it again for 5 minutes..
  6. Take small portion and roll it with rolling pin into a small poori shape..
  7. Add the vegetable mixture in the middle and make of to your desired shape..
  8. Add all the momos in the momos basket and steam them for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame.
  9. Serve hot with the sauce.
