Ingredients of Vegetarian Momos

  1. It's of big cut of plain flour.
  2. You need of water.
  3. You need of Cooked vegetables for stuffing.
  4. Prepare of Small Cabbage grated.
  5. It's of carrots finely chopped.
  6. It's of capsicums finely chopped.
  7. Prepare of green chillies finely chopped.
  8. Prepare of Salt to taste, one tablespoon vinegar, one table spoon dark soya.
  9. You need of Tomato sauce.
  10. It's of Tomatoes.
  11. Prepare of red chillies.
  12. You need of vinegar.
  13. It's of dark soya sauce.
  14. Prepare of Oil for frying vegetables.

Vegetarian Momos step by step

  1. Mix flour and pinch of salt in a bowl and make a soft dough snd let it sit for 1 hour..
  2. For stuffing take oil and add all the vegetables in the pan.
  3. Add salt vinegar and soya sauce to them and fry until all the vegetables become soft then switch off the flame.
  4. Let the vegetables cool down completely.
  5. Now take dough and Knead it again for 5 minutes..
  6. Take small portion and roll it with rolling pin into a small poori shape..
  7. Add the vegetable mixture in the middle and make of to your desired shape..
  8. Add all the momos in the momos basket and steam them for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame.
  9. Serve hot with the sauce.
